Your TGV, TGV Brussels or INTERCITY train has been cancelled ?

You have two solutions:

  • Travel on any other train during the rail strike using your original stamped ticket. Your new journey must be made under similar conditions to your initial journey where seats are available (same journey and same class).

The fact that you are travelling with your original ticket without having exchanged it will not guarantee you a seat. If you wish to reserve a seat, you must exchange your ticket at the ticket office.

  • Exchange or cancel your tickets free of charge at an SNCF ticket office or by calling +33 892 35 35 35 (international call rates excluding any operator surcharge may apply).

Good to know: If your ticket is exchangeable or refundable free of charge before your train’s scheduled departure time, you can cancel or exchange your booking directly on our website or our app.
