I am unable to find an order that I submitted from another country; how can I proceed?

To find an order made from another country, click on the flag located in the top right of your screen on the homepage and select your original order website.

 

 

If the country from which you made your order is not in the list, select “Other countries”.
Once you are on the home page for the site, click on “my orders”.

For orders placed through your customer account, sign in via the original website you used to place your order.
